Tourism
Tourism industry is the investment to realize
the economic development strategy of “creating famous tourism city”
and to actively develop characteristic tourism and refreshment tourism.
Grandscape Group shared in establishment of Xinjiang Special
Tourism Company to develop some unique and special tour routes,
such as desert, exploration, ice and snow, etc. Grandscape Group
also invested RMB￥60 million to build the Oasis Spa Center which
provides a complete service of Spa , fitness and beauty, food and
entertainment, business negotiation, holiday and refreshment etc.
It is now the biggest and the highest class of its kind in Northwest
China, and may be even in China. Karamay International Grand Desert
Golf Course has been established with an investment of RMB￥500 million.
RMB￥3 billion will be jointly invested by Grandscape Group, Canada
Metropolitan Properties Corp. Group Company and China Development
& Invest Holding Corp. H.K. to set up Silk Road Resort. And
RMB￥200 million will be jointly invested by Grandscape Group, Xinjiang
Tianhong Papermaking Co. Ltd., Economic Construction Corporation
of Shihezi Economic-technical development zone and Hong Kong Zhongtuo
Group to establish Shihezi Ecological Resort.
